CONSTRUCTION SAFETY SUPERVISOR (Will be based on Project Location)

Minimum Requirement:
* Ensure that all personnel are inducted and trained in their roles and responsibilities and are competent to perform the duties allocated to them.
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent
* At least 8 years experience in a similar position in Mining / Oil & Gas Construction Industry
* Familiar with HSE Procedure & Documentation including development and implementation of the Project Safety Plan
* Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.
* This position and will require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic.
* Must be able to co-ordinate the implementation and maintenance of the projects safety management program.
* To ensure employees and staff are thoroughly aware of and trained in their safety responsibilities.
* Provide advice and assistance to the Project Manager for the development, implementation review and revision of health and safety sections of the Project Execution Plan.
* Investigate and report on all work related injuries / illnesses (other than first aid) and near misses.
* Promote and encourage the culture of working safety and setting a positive example for all other personnel.

External Relations Supervisor (ERsupv)

Reporting to External Relations Superintendent, these positions will be based on site and accountable to plan and coordinate the implementation of IndoMet Coal Project External Relations activities in order to ensure excellent representation at Central Kalimantan Provincial and Murung Raya Regency Government and related institutions to support overall protect development in accordance with BHP Billiton s Charter and Policies for External Relations and meet or exceed the benchmark sets in these areas. All activities should comply to HSEC polices and procedures.

To be considered for this position, you must have minimum bachelor degree and minimum 3 years experience in external relations in multinational companies. You must also have competencies which include knowledge in external relation issues related to mining industry and how to deal with such issues, knowledge of CCoW and mining related regulatory issues, basic English, good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels with internal and external parties, good writing report skill, preferable has awareness on local cultures, cross-cultural management and understandkng of local, regional and central government structure.

* Document the real time movement of items removed or replaced from shelf to shadow physical movement of inventory.
* Accurately record and enter all items
* Generate computer reports as required to verify correct data

Requirements:
* Excellent Computer skills.
* Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* SAP MM, SD exposure preferred.
* Diploma or equivalent.
* 3+ years experience in a similar role.
* Previous oilfield experience will be highly regarded, though not essential.
* Knowledge of inventory methods and stock control procedures.

* Education :
o Technical College Degree in Engineering


* Experience :
o Able to prepare general philosophy-type documents
o Experienced in working in the multinational organizations
o Experience in working in international Oil Companies
o Have a through understanding of subsea system comppnents and layouts
o Have agood working knowledge of applicable API and industry standards
o Have a minimum of 15 years upstream oil & gas experience
o Have at least 10 years experience commissioning subsea equipment
o Have experience preparing subsea commissioning procedures

* Basic Job Requirements :
o Review all necessary Pre-FEED documents and studies available at the Company related to development of the subsea facilities
o Prepare the Subsea Commissioning Philosophy for the subsea facilities. The philosophy to include but not limited to commissioning of:
+ Flowlines, risets, PLET
+ Subsea manilods and jumpers including well jumpers and flowline jumpers
+ Subsea umblicals (hydraulicchemical tubes and electrical cores)
+ Subsea traes including all down-hole gauges and tree mounted semsors
+ Subsea control sustem including:
# Subsea Control Modulea (SCM)
# Master Control Station (MCS)
# Topside to subsea power and communication systems
# Topsides hydraulic power unit (HPU)
+ Subsea Isolation valves (SSIVS)
+ Emergency Shut down System (ESD)
+ Chemical/MEG injection system from topside equipment to umbilical interface
o Interface with the HSE Departement to ensure commissioning activities will adhere to prject HSE requirements
o Recomended resources required to complete commissioning activities
o Determine logistic base support requirement for subsea commissioning activities
o Prepare a list of commissioning related design requirements to be included in FEED documents
o In consultation with the Subses Operations Engineer prepare an outline of the process for hand-over from Commissioning to Operations


* Other:
o Command of the English language written and spoken
o Ability to mentor and develop less senior personnel especially Indonesian nationals
