Responsibilities:

• Work with internal partners to quality check and ensure translations on promotional media are correctly displayed

Requirements:

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree from any disciplines with relevant experience.
• 3 years experience as training superintendent, preferable in mining company.
• Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships
• Strong in learning and development concept with good presentation skill.
• Ability to build strong working relationships, Internal and external to the organization.
• Creative, forward thinker.
• Will be relocating to Berau, East Kalimantan.

TRAINING ANALYST
Responsible to Training and Development Superintendent. Conducts training needs analyses, determines the right training Intervention to close the identified training needs, and evaluates result of implemented training intervention.
Requirement :

• Bachelor degree from any disciplines with relevant experience. 2 years experience as training analyst, preferable in mining company. Computer Literacy: Microsoft office is required. preferable have a competency of training analyst Will be relocating to Berau East Kalimantan.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Responsible to Organization & Development Superintendent. Conducts performance management of employees
Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from any disciplines with relevant experience. 2 years experience as training analyst, preferable In mining company. Computer Literacy: Microsoft office is required. preferable have a competency of performance management Will be relocating to Berau East Kalimantan.
