Responsibilities are:
- To provide support and coordinate with Design Engineers for design
activities such as for highways, structures, drainage, etc. To ensure
that they are carried out in accordance with the Standards,
Specifications, Schedules, QA/QC, Safety, Enviromental and Program requirements and are within budgeted cost levels.
- To liase with the Design Consultants through Design Engineers and
participate in Value Engineering in accordance with project procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (0-1 year experience)
- M/F, 22-23 years old
- Have knowledge of Indonesian Standards, Australian Standards,
ASSHTO and British Standard. Experience or knowledge in AutoCAD and MS
Office;
- Independent and mature personality, self-motivated, results driven
and good negotiation skills; good communication skills and proficient in
written and spoken English.
- Think strategically, influence, drive performance, act decisively, and work collaboratively.
- Willing to travel frequently

You will contribute to TCI Plant Objectives through the establishment
and ongoing refinement of non-destructive test condition monitoring and
strategies.
The scopes of your role will include but not limited to support plant
planning
and engineering group to develop and streamline management of condition
monitoring system and purpose; ensure condition monitoring task are
carried out in accordance with TMS procedures and or/guidelines.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a degree in
Metallurgical Engineering or related engineering with minimum of 3
years’ experience with Non Destructive Analysis Test; Extensive
Engineering experience. You should have skill at data gathering and
analysis; effective report writing; excellent at
MS Excel, familiar with Non Destructive Condition Monitoring techniques and data; understanding of
heavy equipment.
Other requirements are good in English both oral and written; good
computer skills; work quickly and accurately; planned and target
oriented; and able to work under pressure are preferred character
traits.
Community & Employee Relation Officer

you will to assist to provide project support in the area of IR is in
timely and professional manner in order to prevent industrial action and
maintenance of relations with Sorowako local government/community which
are affected by or have an interesting. Manage IR database,
absenteeism, advice on disciplinary issues, termination and identify
trends and development in site IR. Responsible for community relations
activities.
To be successful in this role you will need to have bachelor degree especially in Law, Economic, Psychology, HRM or Senior High
School
with extensive experience in varied position and training. At least 2
(two) years experiences in Industrial Relation, Generalist HR or related
duties or Community Relation Officer ; strong communication, both in
English and bahasa; good negotiation skill; good analytical, creative
and conceptual thinking; dealing with difficult people; Industrial
Relation Laws.
