You will ensure to solve all the problems or any issues and involvement of each process of upgrading or replacement the data and communication system, including all software and hardware are common and always used by the client.
The scopes of your role will include but not limited to Organize and Completing cloud design and all maintenance, able to troubleshoot and monitoring the condition of each system relating data processing from WAN; ensure all analyst of component or hardware condition and recommendation of parts required; ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures;  ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe, timely and cost effective manner;  able to adapt to apply the client and government procedures and licensing from KomInfo / ParPostel or KPI;  become the second person in ICT division when handling any problems related to the installation or troubleshoot of FM Broadcaster ;  responsibility for administration or registration in the ICT division;  actively contribute to a positive teamwork and environment at all times; communicate openly and honestly at all times.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Diploma from relevant Engineering degree (Informatics, Electro), experience minimum of 2 years experience in similar role and LAN and WAN System. Having technical support or network analyst activation, able to lead, organize, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
