Digital Initiative Staff
JOB DESCRIPTION:
General Responsibility

• Content management update for our various digital channels
• Implementation and utilization of Web analytics on analytics on analyzing traffic and behavioral segments on our website
• Surveillance and developing report framework from various data sources
• Work together with the Digital Initiative team to provide analytical support for benchmark criteria on measuring online metrics and KPI s
• Assisting the Digital Initiative team by providing Data and Insight to make data driven decisions

Technical Responsibility

• Designing, constructing and running reports using various online web-analytics solution
• Constructing reporting dashboards in Excel with external queries.
• Has a basic knowledge in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies
• Mastery of Excel, Power point and other software tools for reporting and presenting data.
• Thorough understanding of Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML
• Experience with web analytics program e.g. Google Analytics.
• Experience tracking solutions for technologies such as Flash, AJAX , video, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma or Bachelor degree majoring computer science or communication from reputable university
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Experience minimum one year in analyzing web data for a simple to medium website
• Highly effective working teams with tights deadlines and has ability to cope with stressful situation
