Quality Assurance Engineering (Code: QA)
Responsibilities:
- Control standard for each responsible area.
- Improve Inspection Job with TQA Genba Leader (Supervisor, Foreman, Leader).
- Improve weakness point of Job System / Procedure.
- Making Technical Report of a problem.
- Making improvement proposal related to weakness of Job System / Procedure.
- Problem Analysis in Production Line related to each area.
- Feedback, Guiding / Coaching, Controlling Result of related Department / Company.
- Female / Male, age around 22-27 years old.
- Holding at least a Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Mechanical / Industrial / Chemical Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Fresh graduate or having maximum 2 years experience in manufacturing.
- Having systematical analysis and problem solving ability.
- Having good carefulness and self willingness.
- Fluent in English is a must (both verbal and written).
- Hard working, can work overtime to finishing the job, can work individual or with many persons.
- Willing to be placed in Purwakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Balancing MP from receiving till Supply Line
- Develop Supply System from Warehouse receiving till Supply to Engine Line (lay out, flow, MP Allocation, equipment)
- Rack Design and specification for Engine Plant
- Enhance Kaizen activities for Supply process
- New Model Preparation and Coordination among Genba team and Engine Plant
- Male, Single, age around 24-30 years old.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Has min 1 year experience in the same field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Fluent in English is a must (both spoken and written).
- Having good analytical thinking, numerical ability, and good perspective.
- Having good communication skill.
- Computer literate, Fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, hard working.
- Having interest in automotive.
