Transport Supervisor

As an Embassy transport supervisor you will be responsible to manage day-to-day management of Embassy transport fleet. You will come into contact with senior officials and dignitaries and be a highly visible part of the Embassy Team.

Job Responsibilities/Description

• Day to day management of Embassy Transport Fleet.
• Hold Imprest for small transport costs and manage petrol coupons.
• Manage in house garage.
• Liaise with vehicle servicing and repair suppliers including Toyota and BMW.
• Manage Drivers on a day to day basis
• Drive as pool driver to help the driver schedule when needed.
• Prism buyer

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years work experience as a driver and 1 year experience as transport supervisor
• Have a good knowledge of the Jakarta road system
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian (mainly oral, but written skills desirable)
• IT skills and experience (M/S Office) desirable
• Hold a clean B1 Indonesian Driving License
• This job can be physically demanding so the applicant should be in good health.

- Responsible for Mean-Time-Between-Failures (MTBF), Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR), Overal Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and meeting all defined production target and quality standards.

Production Technician
Assosiate Degree (D3) in Engineering: Having knowledge and experience with mechanical and/or electrical control system is highly preferable.

Position Overview :

- Performs daily start up, operating, monitoring, tuning and routine preventative maintenance on the assigned equipment in order to ensure efficient machine operation.
- Proposes equipment maintenance, uprades and modifications to improve safety and produvtivity.
- Responsible for Downtime, Material Productivity, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and meeting all defined production target and quality standards.

Process Control Inspector
Associate Degree (D3) in Engineering.

Position Overview :

- Inspects and measures product to verify conformance to specifications.
- Perfoms routine maintenance functions such as instrumentation calibration and troubleshooting.
- Determines if immediate corrective action is required and acts appropriately.
- Responsible for Product Quality Indexs as outlined in the quality standards.

Building Maintenance Engineer
Bachelor in Civil/Architect Engineering; Knowledge of tools and equipments used in facility maintenance; Ability to read bulding and MEP schematics; Expertise in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Position Overview :

- Performs daily inspection of building systems.
- Performs moniitoring, troubleshooting, diagnostic and repairs on buildings.
- Performs daily tasks such as estimate time and materials effectively, answering phones, handle incoming/outgoing faxes/mails, typing various correspondence.and inspects the work of outside contractors.
- Oversees and inspects the work of outside contarctors.
- Responsible for Work Orders Comletion and meeting defined target.
