1. Manager

Qualification;
1. Male maximum age 35
2. Min. S1 in mining engineering (1), D3 (2,3,4); D3 Medical school (5); high school
3. Min. 5 years experience in mining industry and experience as HSE Manager (1), 5 years (2,3,& 4); 3 years (5,6,7)
4. Good understanding about K3 procedure, POU, ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001 (1); POP, ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001 (2). POP, ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001 (3); posses first aid certification (4)
5. Mastering in heavy equipment Dozer excavator, dumptruck of 40 tons capacity (Have certificate is preferable) (2-7)
F. Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA)
1. HR Manager (HRM)
Qualification:
1. Male, S1 in Psychology/law/HR Management
2. Having knowledge of man power regulation/Indonesia labor law and its implemen, have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy and procedures, strong in company s regulation, knowledgeable in compensation and benefit
3. Min 3 years experience in the same position
2. External Relation (ER)
Qualification;
1. Male or female, age max.40years old
2. S1 in Mass Communication or Public Relation
3. Min 5 years experience
4. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
5. Able to handle community relations issues
3. Secretary (SEC)
Qualification:
1. Female, good looking, age max. 28 years old
2. Min. D3 degree in secretary with min 3 years of relevant working experience
3. Excellent communication skill in English
4. Well organized and multi tasking person with pleasant personality
5. Having good business correspondence skill
6 Proficient in MS Office (Ms.word, Ms.excel, Ms.powerpoint, Ms.outlook)
4. Receptionist (REC)
Qualification:
1. Female, good looking, age 20-25 years old
2. Min. D3 from any disciplines
3. Fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia
4. Experience in front liner / receptionist min 1 year
5. General Affair Staff (GAS), Housekeeping (HK)
Qualification:
1. Male/Female, age max 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree in any major education with 3 years working experience (1) Hold a min Diploma D3 degree in any major education background with 3 years working experiences, previous working experiences in Hospitality Industry/Cleaning Service Company is preferred (2)
3. Computer literate and good knowledge in MS Office (esp. MS Excel)
4. Strong interpersonal skills, honest, confident, active, well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
G. Legal Officer (LO)
Qualification:
1. Male or female with max age 35 years old
2. S1 majoring In Law from an accredited law school
3. Fluent in English both written and spoken
4. Excellent skill in Legal drafting, preparing all legal document to company purposes, processing company s permits and administrating all legal activities
5. Able to work in the team as well as independent
6. Min 3years experience in law office
H. Finance Accounting (FA), Tax Officer (TO)
Qualification:
1.Male or Female
2. S1 majoring in accountant/finance, min. GPA 3.0
3. Ability to meet deadlines, attention to details, trustworthy and concern with accuracy
4. Min. 2 years experience in the same position
5. Good command of English supported with good knowledge of MS Office
I. Marketing (MKT)
Qualification.
1. Male or female with age between 25-35 years old
2. S1 in any major, min. GPA 3.0
3 Proficient in English and Mandarin is preferable
4. Able to work as part of team
J. Port Captain (PC)
Qualification
1. Male, max age 35 years old
2. Min. 3-5 years experience in coal mining port
3. Posses min. ANT 3
4. To posses a thorough knowledge of shipboard and shore-side operational functions for product and bulk carriers
5. Good English communication is Preferred
6. Experienced in loading activity/transshipment from mill site to tug boat /barge up to end on mother vessel
7. Good knowledge of HSE, ISM, STCW requirement and international rules and regulations
K. Purchasing & Logistic Department
1. Procurement Supervisor (PS)
2. Logistic Supervisor (LS)
Qualification:
1. Male, max age 35 years old
2. S1 in any major. min CPA 3.0
3. Minimum 2-3 years experience in mining or heavy equipment Industry (1,2)
4. Plan organize and control logistics operations, including inbound/outbound
logistic, inventory management.
