Benefit Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handling employee attendance
- Handling employee insurance, coordinating with insurance vendor
- Handling employee business trip
- Male / Female, 25 – 30 Years old
- Minimum S1 degree in any field (preferably human resource management).
- Minimum 2 years experience as benefit admin officer
- Hands on experience using Microsoft applications and computerized HR system.
- Have good analytical thinking, interpersonal & communication skills
- Hard worker, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationship with local Government.
- Maintain relationship with land lord.
- Maintain relationship with local communities around tower (site).
- Provide permit and SITAC report to the Supervisor.
- Handling permit renewal of existing site.
- Handling “sewa lahan” renewal of existing site.
- Provide accurate information about community issue in existing site.
- Handling community issue occurs in site.
- Minimum D3 preferably in Legal/Law
- Having minimum 1 year experience in the same field
- Communicative and able to work under pressure
- Job location is all over Indonesia
