TALENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Location : Narogong

Scope of works:
To Organize Talent Management related initiatives and to provide necessary support for Talent Pool members throughout their development process.

• Nominating, Identifying High Potentials
• Diagnosing Development Opportunities and Ensuring that Development Takes Place
• Reviewing Progress of Talent Pool and Retaining Talents in the Pools
• Establish and Maintaining the Career Resources Center
• Ensuring the sustainability of the Performance Management system and the tools (Dialogue, e-Dialogue)

Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor degree from any discipline.
• Experience : 4-5 years work experience in Human Resources especially Talent Management areas, People Development areas are welcome.
• Computer literacy :Computer literacy
• Language : Good command in English both oral & written
• Other qualification / skills :
  - Behavioral Interviewing/TS Interview
  - Knowledge of Assessment tools/methods and skillful in conducting Behavioral Interviewing/Targeted Selection Interview
  - Training Facilitation skills
  - Strong Communication & Excellent Interpersonal skills
  - Competency Profiling Skills
