FIELD TRAINING OFFICER
Main Responsibility:
Working as a partner to our Area Sales Manager in executing and monitoring the implementation of both technical and soft skills training for all Professional Sales Representative

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Graduated from reputable university
• Having at least 2 years experience as Medical Representative, preferably in multinational company
• Experience as a trainer in pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
• High achiever, pleasant, good interpersonal skill, excellent communication and team player
• Quick Learner
• English and Computer Literacy
• Shows Leadership Capability
• Good Communication Skills (Facilitation, Negotiation and Presentation)
• Willing to travel and to be stationed throughout in Indonesia
