Casual Leasing Staff (Code : CLS)
Jobs & Responsibility:
Managing relationship with tenants, supporting the negotiating of leases and rent reviews, assisting with the preparation budgets, negotiating major contracts, as well as managing administration aspect of the leases and tenants

Placement : Jabodetabek

Qualifications:

• Male / Female
• Age : max 25 years old
• Minimal Education : Bachelor degree
• Working Experience: at least 1 (one) year as marketing/event -promotion
• Specific Requirements : MS Office is a must, Preferably good command in written and spoken English, Good coordination skills, Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of professionalism and integrity, able to work independently

Construction Manager (Code : CM)
Jobs & Responsibility:
Reviews & refines budget as plans & specification are developed. Initiates and manage the bidding & award. Cost Management. Schedule Management. Quality Management. Contract Management.

Placement : West Jakarta

Qualifications:

• Male
• Age : max 30 years old
• Minimal Education : Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Working Experience: 10 years in construction management for highrise building, malls & other commercial centers
• Specific Requirements : MS Office is a must, Good command in written and spoken English, Good coordination skills, Excellent in project management skills, Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of professionalism and integrity, able to work independently and initiative, Proactive in resolving technical & coord
