We have job openings for the following positions and seek applicants who possess the minimum job qualifications as follows:

ENGINEERING COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities:

• Main job will be to plan and coordinate crews for all projects and work sites in Indonesia.
• Arrange flights, travel and accommodation by engineers (national and expatriate) in route.
• Arrange proper visas, work permits and liaises closely with formalities group for expatriate requirements.
• Oversees the execution on projects and meet the objectives.
• Works closely with sales, services and operations to help support customers needs.

Job Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering with experience in oil & gas industry would be considered an asset similar technical qualification is acceptable.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills,
• Good leadership/management skills.
• Willing to work Irregular hours end overtime.

PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the strategic procurement and commercial supports.
• Develop supply strategies for drilling and completion fluids markets.
• Research and develop sourcing and/or product alternatives if needed.
• Responsible for product negotiation send contract administration in line with global procurement policy.
• Select and Audit vendors according to companies vendor approval and quality control standards.

Job Qualifications:

• University degree with minimum 5 years of related experience in material purchasing and tendering in the oil & gas industry.
• Must be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. Possess the will to work cooperatively with others, within and across functions. Advanced knowledge of logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good leadership/management skills.
