Recruitment Specialist (Code: RS)
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree majoring Psychology, preferable have psychologist certification
• Min 3-5 (three to five) years experiences in recruitment and staffing, especially in Mining industry
• Hands an experience in conducting interviews, administration, psychological test, and prepare reports
• Good in analytical and communication skills
• Good command in English, both verbal and written
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills

Admin Site Supervisor (Code: ASS)
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position or 4 years as Manufacturing HR Personnel Supervisor
• Has experience and able to handle Payroll, Personnel Matters (leave, absenteeism, overtime, etc)
• Having knowledge in industrial relation & the law of labors
• Good negotiation, interpersonal, communication skills, independent, initiative person and trustworthy person
• Self starter, works well independently and as part of team

Junior Secretary (Code: JS)
Requirements:

• Female, max age 26 years old
• Bachelor or Diploma in Secretarial, fresh graduate or with minimum 2 (one) year of hands-on experience at the same position.
• Fluent in English oral, written and spoken ( is a must)
• Proficient with Ms Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet
• Capable to manage in/outgoing letters, files, filing documents and able to perform multi tasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to perform under pressure and committed to meet datelines
