MANAGER MINE TECHNICAL SERVICES
Role:
This strategically important role is responsible for the development, coordination and management of all Technical Service functions within the mine in the areas of Geology, Geotechnical & Hydrogeology, Mine Planning and Water Management Engineering. The key role is responsible to the profitability of the operation.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. Degree in Mine Engineering, Geology or related field
- Advanced technical knowledge of Mine Engineering, Geology and Geotechnical / Hydrogeology
- Min of 15 years of mining related experience is required
- Min of 10 years of related supervisory experience
- Experience in the management and administration of budget and financial control in a multinational company
- Strong leader in and people oriented outlook
- Good write oral communication skill in English
Role:
Working with the Mine Maintenance team, supervise Mine Maintenance Electrical Personnel in the day to day activities associated with the electrical maintenance of Electric Rope Shovels, Blast Hole Drills, Pit Power Distribution, Dispatch and in Pit Pumping systems. Also oversee the training, development and assist the transfer of engineering knowledge of National staff.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Min of 15 years of Mining Heavy Equipment Maintenance related experience is required
- Min of 5 years of related supervisory / management experience
- Time management skill
- Good interpersonal skill
- Technical background in P&H 4100 Electrical Shovel, IR DMH drill and fabrication
- Highly develop problem solving, analytical and creative thinking skills are essential
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are essential and ability to communicate effectively at the leaves of the organization is a must
- Ability or willingness to acquire good communication skills in English
Role:
To plan, organize and control the activities of Supply Chain Department in order to approve and manage commercial aspects of all contracting, goods procurement, inventory control, cataloguing, warehouse operations, asset recovery and site and international logistics activities throughout all mine operations and user departments in accordance with standards, policies and procedures, Indonesian Law and Mine Contract of Work.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, law, engineering or equivalent, specialized supply chain related training is preferred
- Min of 10 years experience in a range of supply chain management functions within the mining industry
- Sound understanding of relevant Indonesian business, legal system, company law, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations
- Well developed computer skills to be able to implement and maintain effective processes and procedures
- Strong analytical capability and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced English language documentation skill with high attention to details
