Requirements:

• Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
• Hold Bachelor Degree from Psychology and Master Degree from Human Resources Management (preferably from reputable university)
• Having experience as HR Development min 2 year
• Understand about balanced score card, job analysis, competency, organize event/company magazine
• Good knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Have the ability to handle multiple task, excellent communication skill, strong personality and analytical thinking
