Executive Chef
This position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage. An attractive remuneration package for the right candidate will be offered
Requirements:

• Min 5 years experience as Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef in a 4-5 star international chain hotel
• Prior Indonesian / Asian work experience is a pre-requisite
• Energetic Leader and mentor to his team
• Demonstrate a passion for food and culinary creativity
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organization & delegation skills
• Up to date with latest international culinary trends and quality standards
• Solid understanding of cost management and brand standard

Chef De Cuisine / Sous Chef (Indonesian National Only)
This position reports directly to the Executive Chef with dotted line to the Director of Food & Beverage. An attractive remuneration will be offered for the right candidate
Requirements:

• Min 3 years experience as a Chef in Charge / Sous Chef of a busy restaurant in a 5 Star hotel or Independent quality restaurant
• Extensive knowledge of Indonesian / Asian cuisine as well as international cuisine
• Strong culinary leader and mentor to his team
• Demonstrate a passion for food and culinary creativity
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills
• Strong organization & delegation skills
• Familiar with international culinary trends and quality standards
• Experienced in cost management
