Executive Chef
This position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage. An attractive remuneration package for the right candidate will be offered
Requirements:
- Min 5 years experience as Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef in a 4-5 star international chain hotel
- Prior Indonesian / Asian work experience is a pre-requisite
- Energetic Leader and mentor to his team
- Demonstrate a passion for food and culinary creativity
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organization & delegation skills
- Up to date with latest international culinary trends and quality standards
- Solid understanding of cost management and brand standard
This position reports directly to the Executive Chef with dotted line to the Director of Food & Beverage. An attractive remuneration will be offered for the right candidate
Requirements:
- Min 3 years experience as a Chef in Charge / Sous Chef of a busy restaurant in a 5 Star hotel or Independent quality restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian / Asian cuisine as well as international cuisine
- Strong culinary leader and mentor to his team
- Demonstrate a passion for food and culinary creativity
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills
- Strong organization & delegation skills
- Familiar with international culinary trends and quality standards
- Experienced in cost management
