Responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintaining, administration functions and secretarial services, including appointments and scheduling
- Organize, arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences and other events with contacts and supplier
- Collecting Calendar of Events (COE) in each department and ensure no overlapping schedule
- Collecting project schedule every department
- Make Minute of Meeting and ensure all parties understand the result
- Male/ Female
- Diploma Degree from Secretarial/ Administration major
- Having 1 – 2 years of experiences
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have certificate in Documentation Management, Project management, English Literary
- Excellent command in English both oral and written
- Detail oriented, Good administration skill
- Initiative, smart worker, independent, able to work under pressure, able to work individually or as part of team
- Having excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform research market conditions in local, regional, or international areas to provide information on potential sales of coal with a focus on sub-bituminous thermal coal.
- Ability to collect and interpret a variety of statistical data and understand the implications of each finding.
- Ability to analyze and digest data and present it in a user-friendly format.
- Prepare business analyst base on favorite product, profitability, closing and loosing rate, skill gap analysis.
- Responsible for building good relationship with customers/client
- Degree level education in Economic, Statistic or Engineering
- Having minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis
- Good analytical skills, largely analytical & administrative, executing processes and data analyzing according to business needs
- Customer Service oriented.
- High concern for order and quality, accuracy and work standard
- Good leadership and reporting analyzed
- MS Office literacy
- Have certificate in Statistical Analysis & Methodology, Research Methodology and Documentation Management
- Excellent command in English both oral and written
- Having excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- To prepare the drafting sales contracts in line with the prevailing regulations of both internal and external regulations and to ensure that all sales contracts and its supporting documents are in place
- Set up computerized files of all sales contracts from Marketing Division for both international and domestic markets to ensure efficient and effective file management
- Assist customer relations and contractual negotiations with the customer.
- Responsible for building good relationship with customers/client
- Degree level education in Law/ Mining Engineering/ Business/ Accounting/ Finance and other relevant education.
- Having minimum 1- 2 years of experience as Contract Officer/ Contract Administrator/ Coal Operations
- High concern for order and quality, Detail oriented, accuracy and Good administration skill
- Excellent command in English both oral and written
- MS Office literacy
