PART SALES TRAINEE (PST)

Responsibilities: Make a sale for the aftermarket products, prepare and analyst data for customers.

Requirements: Male, max. age 35 years old, Diploma (D3) from All Major, Good interpersonal as well as communication skill, Have strong analysis, Willing to travel, Has driving license (SIM C), Job location: All Inta Branches

PART SALES SUPERVISOR (PSS)

Responsibilities: Make a sale for the aftermarket products, Supervise the part salesman, manage the team sales

Requirements: Male, max. age 35 years old, Bachelor (S1) from All Major, Min. 2 Experience in supervisor level, high business and networking, interpersonal as well as communication skill, Have strong analysis, Job location: All Inta Branches

ASSISSTANT SALES MANAGER–PARTS (AS)

Responsibilities: Increase sales product in branches, Manage salesman and salesman supervisor, Make a daily report to sales manager.

Requirements: Male, with max. age 40 years old, Bachelor degree from any major (With Min GPA 2.85), Min. 3-5 years experience in sales (must mentioned in CV : experience exposure in project sales), Has good understanding of parts Heavy Equipment and After sales, Has good interpersonal as well as communication skill, Has strong and fast business networking, Target oriented, Willing to travel, Has good to manage people.

PROJECT SALES MANAGER (PAM)

Responsibilities: Make a daily report to general manager, Sale the products, do the tender project (government and private companies)

Requirements: Male, with max. age 40 years old, Bachelor degree from any major (With Min GPA 2.85), Min. 3-5 years experience in project sales manager (must mentioned in CV : experience exposure in project sales), Has good understanding Truck tender, Has good interpersonal as well as communication skill, Has strong and fast business networking, Target oriented, Willing to travel, Has good to manage people.

APPLICATION ENGINEER (AE)

Responsibilities: Become a support team in sales and marketing division, become a technical support for salesman team, prepare and analyst data for customers.

Requirements: Male, max. age 35 years old, Bachelor degree (S1) from Mining Engineering, Good interpersonal as well as communication skill, Have strong analysis, Job location: Balikpapan

LOGISTIC MANAGER

Responsibilities: Manage the Inventory control, part availability increase to reach the target and control the inventory turn over, Create a national demand forecast, improve and develop part system and part computerize program

Requirements: Male, with max age 40 years old, Bachelor degree from any major from reputable University or Institute (GPA 2.85), Min 5 year related experience (must mentioned in CV), Good interpersonal skill, Fluent in spoken and written English, Excellent health, dynamic, hardworking and willing to travel.

PRODUCT MANAGER–UNDERCARRIAGE (PMU)

Responsibilities: Manage the brand and ensure the company s sales and profitability are met, Develop marketing plans, Identify existing products by conducting market evaluation and market analysis, Preparing marketing strategy, Implementing and evaluation all marketing activities to achieve brand equity, market share, turnover, and profile of the particular brand.

Requirements: Male with. max age 40 years old, Min. 5-7 years experience in Undercarriage/UC business and 3 years in Managerial position, Has good interpersonal relationship as well as communication skill, An able to work as team, Target oriented, Has good to manage people, Proficient in English.

PRODUCT MANAGER–TYRE (PMT)

Responsibilities: Manage the brand and ensure the company’s sales and profitability are met, Develop marketing plans, Identify existing products by conducting market evaluation and market analysis, Preparing marketing strategy, Implementing and evaluation all marketing activities to achieve brand equity, market share, turnover, and profile of the particular brand.

Requirements: Male with. max age 40 years old, Min. 5-7 years experience in Tire business and 3 years in Managerial position, Has good interpersonal relationship as well as communication skill, An able to work as team, Target oriented, Has good to manage people, Proficient in English.

MECHANIC

Responsibilities: Maintaining, Trouble shooting, and Overhaul unit.

Requirements: Male, with max 35 years old; Graduated from Senior High School, Diploma, or Bachelor Degree with experience min. 5 years as a heavy equipment mechanic; Having technical analysis; Job location : all INTA branches.

SHE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities: Supervise SHE Officer for conducting of safety, health and environmental audits in all INTA branch, Making all safety, health and environment rules and regulations in which to delivered to all INTA branch

Requirements: Male, with max age 35 years old, Bachelor degree from environmental engineering, environmental health management or its equivalent from reputable institute or university, Min 3 years experience in the safety, health and environmental field, preferably within the heavy equipment or mining industry health and environmental as well as heavy equipment or mining standards, Good interpersonal as well as communication skill, Wiling to highly travelling in all INTA branch, Able to start work immediately or within short notice
